Method
Heat the oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment.
Whisk the melted butter with both sugars until smooth, then whisk in the egg and vanilla.
Stir in the flour, baking soda and salt, then fold in the white chocolate chips and cranberries.
Scoop 16 rounded tablespoons onto the sheets, 2 inches apart, and press a few extra chips and cranberries on top.
Bake until golden at the edges but still soft in the middle.
Cool on the sheets for a few minutes to finish setting.
