
Cheesy garlic flatbread
Store-bought flatbreads brushed with garlic parsley butter and broiled under a blanket of bubbling mozzarella. Cut into wedges and share.

Method
Heat the broiler to high. Mash the butter, garlic, parsley and salt together in a small bowl with a fork.
Put the flatbreads on a baking sheet and spread the garlic butter right to the edges.
Broil for about 1 minute, until the butter melts and sizzles.
Scatter over the mozzarella and cheddar and broil for another 3 to 4 minutes, until the cheese is bubbling with golden patches. Keep an eye on the edges.
Sprinkle with extra parsley and red pepper flakes, cut each flatbread into 6 wedges and serve hot.
Tips
- No broiler? Bake at 425°F for 8 to 10 minutes; it'll push the total time to about 20 minutes with preheating.
- Pita, naan or large flour tortillas all work. Thinner breads crisp faster, so check them early.
