Method
Brown the beef with the onion powder and salt in a skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up, until cooked through. Drain any fat.
Meanwhile, stir the mayonnaise, relish, mustard, vinegar and paprika together for the special sauce. Add a splash of water to make it pourable.
Pile the lettuce into bowls and top with the beef, cheddar, pickles and onion.
Drizzle with the special sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Tips
- Let the beef cool for a minute before topping so the lettuce stays crisp.
- Use sugar-free relish for a strict keto version.
- Ground beef is done at 160°F.
