Method
Heat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
Unroll the dough into a rectangle, pressing any seams together. Spread with the pizza sauce, leaving a 1/2-inch border on one long side.
Scatter the mozzarella, pepperoni and Italian seasoning over the sauce.
Roll up tightly from the other long side, pinch the seam to seal and cut into 12 slices with a sharp knife. Lay cut side up on the sheet and sprinkle with Parmesan.
Bake until golden and the cheese is bubbling.
Cool for a minute, then serve with warm pizza sauce for dipping.
