Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter , softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar , packed
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup macadamia nuts , coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup white chocolate , coarsely chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a stand mixer cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until lightened and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Add the flour, baking soda, and salt into the creamed mixture and turn onto low until just combined.
  5. Mix in the macadamia nuts and white chocolate with a spatula.
  6. In 1 tablespoon scoops add the dough to the cookie sheets.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
