Ingredients
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro , chopped
- 2 teaspoons grated lime zest , 1 lime
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice , 1 juicy lime
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic , minced
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
- 1 pound shrimp , 16-20 per pound, peeled and deveined, defrosted

Mix cilantro, lime zest, lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

Toss the shrimp with the marinade and let marinate for 15 minutes.
