Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter , softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. To your stand mixer add the butter, sugar, and brown sugar until well combined.
  2. Add the eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. On the lowest speed setting add the flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
  4. Stir in the chocolate chips until combined.
  5. Put the dough into a medium bowl and wrap with plastic wrap.
  6. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.

  7. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and line 16″ pizza pan with parchment paper.
  8. Press cookie dough in gently and spread around the pan evenly.
  9. Bake for 18-20 minutes until browned.

  10. Cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
