Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter , melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar , packed
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Whisk together eggs, milk, butter, brown sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Add in oats, cinnamon, baking powder and salt and whisk well to combine.
  4. Add mixture evenly to your baking dish.

  5. Bake, uncovered, for 40-45 minutes, until set in middle.
